It is time again for the IAFF Local 1762 and Eastside Firefighters Benevolent Fund Professional Firefighter’s Scholarship. Every high school senior of our Local 1762 family will be awarded a scholarship as long as they fulfill all the requirements of the application.  If you have a high school senior who you believe qualifies for the scholarship please have them apply.  Also, if you know a high school senior who goes to a school in our service area please direct them to our union website www.iafflocal1762.org to download an application.  We have a goal each year to give one scholarship per high school.  We have 11 in our service area and last year we gave out 2!  

Schools in our service area: Mt. Si High School,Two Rivers, Issaquah High School, Gibson Ek, Eastlake High School, Liberty High School, Skyline High School, Cedarcrest High School, Mercer Island High School, Woodinville High School and Eastside Catholic High School.
